Terms of Service

Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Packtivity at packtivity.app ("the Service"), operated by Hashalias LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Packtivity. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Packtivity is designed for adults (parents, teachers, caregivers, event planners) to create printable activity content. It is not intended for direct use by children under 13.

Accounts

Some features require a Packtivity account, created via Google OAuth sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service

Packtivity provides a tool to make themed, printable activity packs. You provide a theme, occasion, and age range. The Service uses artificial intelligence and algorithmic generators to produce coloring pages, word searches, mazes, crosswords, and other activity types. Activities are delivered as downloadable PDF files and images.

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that generated content will be error-free, perfectly suited to your needs, or available without interruption. AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results. You should review all content before printing or distributing it.

Free and paid tiers

Free tier

The free tier includes 2 packs per month with 2 activities per pack (max 1 coloring page). Free packs include a "Made with Packtivity" watermark and answer keys for puzzle activities. Free packs do not include activity swapping. No account or payment method is required.

Packtivity Plus (subscription)

Plus subscribers receive unlimited packs with up to 7 activities per pack, no watermark, and activity swapping. Subscriptions are billed monthly ($7.99/month) or annually ($59.99/year) through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account's billing page or Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

One-time pack purchase

You may purchase a single full pack for $2.99 (one-time, no subscription). This upgrades a free pack to a full pack with all activities and no watermark. An account is required for purchases. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, because the generated content is delivered immediately and cannot be "returned."

Price changes

We may change pricing at any time. Price changes for subscriptions take effect at the start of the next billing cycle after notice. Existing billing periods are honored at the price in effect when they began.

Content ownership and license

Your prompts

You retain ownership of the text you type into the prompt field. By submitting a prompt, you grant us a limited license to process it through our generation pipeline (including third-party AI services) for the sole purpose of producing your activity pack.

Generated content

Activity packs produced by the Service (coloring pages, word searches, mazes, crosswords, and associated PDFs and images) are generated by AI and algorithmic processes. You receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, print, distribute, and display the generated content for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes. This includes printing copies for classroom use, distributing at parties or events, and sharing with family and friends.

You may not resell, redistribute for profit, or white-label generated content in any format (PDF, PNG, or any other output). This includes listing Packtivity outputs on marketplaces like Teachers Pay Teachers, Etsy, or Amazon as your own products. You may not systematically download generated content for the purpose of resale or redistribution. You may incorporate generated content into larger works (for example, a teacher's lesson plan packet) provided the generated content is not the primary product being sold.

We do not claim ownership of the content generated for you. However, similar prompts from different users may produce similar outputs. We do not guarantee exclusivity of any generated content.

Our content

The Packtivity name, logo, website design, application code, and marketing copy are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Packtivity to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to produce content depicting copyrighted characters, trademarks, or intellectual property you do not own or have rights to.
• Circumvent safety filters, rate limits, or access controls through prompt manipulation, automated tools, or any other means.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access the Service beyond normal browser-based usage.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Resell access to the Service, systematically download generated content (in any format) for resale or redistribution, or remove or alter any branding or attribution from generated content.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or impose unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we reasonably believe you are violating these terms. We may also block specific prompts or themes that violate our content policies.

Suspended accounts cannot generate new packs, swap activities, or create share links. Access to previously generated packs may be restricted. If your account is suspended for a violation of these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription period. We may cancel your subscription with Stripe at the time of suspension.

Fair usage

Plus subscriptions include generous daily and per-session generation limits designed to accommodate normal use by parents, teachers, and event planners. These limits exist to maintain service quality for all users and to prevent automated or abusive usage patterns.

If you consistently reach daily generation limits, you may need a higher-capacity plan (such as the Classroom tier when available). We reserve the right to adjust fair usage limits at any time. If we reduce limits, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, not mid-cycle.

Content safety

All generated content passes through automated safety screening before delivery, including prompt analysis, blocked-term filtering, and AI-based image safety classification. Despite these measures, no automated system is perfect. If you encounter content that is inappropriate, offensive, or unsafe, please report it using the "Report" button on any activity or by emailing us. We take all reports seriously and will review them promptly.

You are ultimately responsible for reviewing generated content before printing or sharing it with children or others. We are not liable for any harm caused by AI-generated content that passes through our safety filters.

Sharing

Plus subscribers can share packs via a unique link. Sharing gives the recipient access to view and download the pack's activities and the pack PDF. Answer keys are not accessible via shared links. You are responsible for who you share your pack links with. Shared links can be revoked at any time from the pack viewer.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
• In no event shall Hashalias LLC, Packtivity, or their affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hashalias LLC, Packtivity, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account from the Account settings page, which permanently removes all your data. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.

Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Packtivity regarding your use of the Service. They supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings.
